Yoga Practitioner and Teacher
Mission Statement
Ariel strives to live in Yoga and its all-encompassing reality of Divine Truth that is ever-present in all of everything so that she may most effectively, emphatically, and empathically guide and inspire those willing and ready students to discover their passion, capacity, and will to do the same.
Training
Ariel Eva, Yoga-Alliance-certified RYT500 and previous Vice President of the Yoga Club of FAU, has trained with Kate Stiffler of Kate Yoga Studio (Wilton Manors, FL), Juliana Trejo of Yoga 4 Life (Broward, FL), Ira Ohm of Zen Den Yoga School (Boca Raton, FL), and Alanna Kaivalya of the Kaivalya Yoga Method (Queens, NY); Ariel has been teaching for six years in South Florida.
Ariel identifies Yoga as...
"...the Epitome of Love, a Powerfully Profound, Imperfectly Perfect Route to the Raw, Authentic Self - Through sadhana, sacred practice (much like a fluid, breathing dance), one connects with breath, enlivens prana, and remembers the numinous mind, body, & spirit union, cultivating a stable & still center, a euphoric, yet calming sense of grounded gratitude, and a harmonic peace throughout one's entire being.”
Teaching Style
Ariel teaches a slow-placed Ashtanga/Baptiste-Inspired Power Vinyasa Flow. She instructs form, deliverance, authenticity, and a gentle strength (sthira-sukham) through her teaching practices - her vision is to create a warm and invigorating safe space for individuals open and willing to devote their experience to the depths of their inherent "one-ness" through bhakti yoga, or the yoga of devotion; thus, achieving an intimate pathway to and through the Unification of the Whole and Holy Self.
